Bond & Burn Fitness: Parent & Baby Class Terms & Conditions

Hi Mums, Dads, Parents, and Carers! Thanks for choosing Bond & Burn Fitness. We can’t wait to have you, and your little ones join our classes! Before you book, please have a read through our Terms & Conditions below. They set out how our classes work and help keep things safe, fun, and clear for everyone. The terms will form a legally binding agreement between you and us so please make sure you are comfortable with them. If you have any queries or concerns, just contact us!

About Us
Bond & Burn Fitness is all about providing a welcoming space for parents and carers to stay active while bonding with their little ones. Our goal is to guide you through fun and inclusive workouts in a relaxed environment, no matter your fitness level. For more info, check out our class details on our website.

Who Can Join?
Our classes are primarily aimed at mums, but we welcome all parents and carers! Whether you’re pre-natal, post-natal, a mum of older children, dad, carer, or grandparent, you’re more than welcome to join. While the class is designed for you to exercise alongside your little one, you’re welcome to attend without a child as well. You can even bring more than one child, with babies from 6 weeks to toddlers up to 4 years old.
To participate safely, here’s what you need to know:

  • Pregnant? Please follow your healthcare professional’s guidance on safe exercise during pregnancy.
  • Post-Natal? You can join once you’ve had your 6+ week postnatal check (or between 6-12 weeks if you had a C-section), but please consult your healthcare provider first.

Our Classes
Each session is about 45 minutes long, followed by 15 minutes of social time where you can chat, meet other parents, and relax with your little ones. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to get settled in. If it’s your first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so we can give you a warm welcome, complete a brief health form, and go over any special considerations for your workout.

Current Schedule
Classes run every Monday at 11:30 am at Festival Hall in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Sessions typically run during term time, so be sure to check with us for any breaks.

Booking Your Spot
Booking is easy—just use the online booking section on our website. You’ll need to read and accept these terms before completing your booking. Once confirmed, you’ll get an email with all the details for your classes.

Class Availability & Changes
Our class times and venues may change occasionally, so always check the schedule before booking. If a venue becomes unavailable, we’ll try to arrange an alternative location or time and will keep you updated.
If we need to make a permanent change to your class time or location, we’ll notify you by email. If the new arrangement doesn’t work for you, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you in another class or issue a refund.

Cancellations
We know life with little ones can be unpredictable, so you can cancel your class up to one hour before it starts. Simply do this via the booking system on our website.

Fees & Payment
You’ll find our class fees listed on our website. Payment is required upfront through our secure system. Unfortunately, if you turn up without having paid, we may not be able to let you join in until payment is made.

Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Your instructor will go through safety instructions at the start of each session, and you’ll be given a consent form at your first class to review and sign. If you have any concerns, let us know, and we’ll suggest adjustments to ensure you’re comfortable and safe.
Listen to your body, stick to your limits, and use low-intensity options if needed. Our instructors are there to support you, so don’t hesitate to ask for help. For your workout, wear comfortable clothing and footwear, and remove any loose items like jewellery.

Keeping Your Little Ones Safe
Your child’s safety is equally important to us! We ask that you ensure.

You never leave your child alone during the class.

Your child is your responsibility during the class.

You always remain responsible for the care and safety of your child during the class.

Equipment you are using in class does not obstruct anyone during the class.

You keep any children’s toys next to you during the class.

You do not bring children’s toys which could be pushed across the floor (such as toy cars or balls), as this will cause a trip hazard for those working out and their children.

Instructors Our instructors are not DBS checked, so they cannot take responsibility for your child’s care. While we’re here to help you stay active, we ask that you remain fully responsible for your child’s safety and well-being during the class. Each instructor is trained to a minimum Level 3 in Personal training.

Protecting Your Personal Information
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with data protection laws. We use your details to support your class experience and process payments. We won’t share your information with third parties unless legally required. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.

Our Responsibility to You
We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but physical activity carries some risks. We can’t be liable for any loss or injury unless it’s due to our negligence or failure to follow proper procedures. While we make every effort to keep your belongings safe, venues aren’t exclusively used by us, so please always keep an eye on your property.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll notify you via email.
