Each Bond & Burn Baby bootcamp class is packed with a variety of movements and exercises that cater to all fitness levels, so whether you’re a pre- or post-partum mum, a parent new to exercise, or someone looking to regain fitness with your little one by your side, we’ve got you covered. Classes kick off with a warmup led by our experienced instructor before we dive into multiple stations, making sure every muscle group gets some love. And don’t worry if you have restrictions or injuries—our trainers are here to adjust every move to suit your needs.
Got a baby or toddler in tow? Bring them along for this interactive mummy and baby fitness session, where strollers are welcome, and the family vibe is encouraged! At the end of the 45-minute class, little ones will have 15 minutes to play, creating the perfect blend of bonding, fitness, and fun.
